Getting Ready for Super Bowl Sunday

Worldwide, over 100 million people tune in to watch the game-time commercials as much as they watch the football game itself.  The Super Bowl is not just a game between two professional football teams but also an all-out blitz by advertisers to capture our attention and spending dollars to their products.  With such a captive audience, advertisers are spending around $4 Million for each 30 second commercial and that doesn’t include the production costs of putting together the actual commercial.

The majority of these commercials will be from the major consumer products companies advertising processed food, fast-food, soda, and alcohol.  If your plans permit, enjoy both the commercials and football game and try some of these favorite recipes with a healthy twist as posted by Lauren Caster from the Integrative Nutrition Blog.

Vadim Starikov is a husband, father of two young children, a Health Coach and the Founder and Principal of YOU2.0, a program which helps clients create a personalized “roadmap to health” that suits their unique body, lifestyle, preferences and goals. After redefining his own health, he noticed how the changes he made had a positive ripple effect in every aspect of his life. Wanting to share this life changing process with others, he enrolled in the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where he is being trained in over one hundred dietary theories and a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods to become a Certified Health Coach (CHC) and be part of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP).
